Its been a long time since I have dealt with a business as good and efficient as Banisters Plumbing! They confirmed and kept me updated as to their arrival. Never have I seen a plumber dressed as well and so polite and professional as Rubin. He looked at my problem , gave me price and did an outstanding job. Then, he asked to check the rest of the plumbing and gave me a recommendation of its condition. I will surely will use Bannisters Plumbing again without hesitation!

12 year old hot water heater started leaking last night. Called Bannister this morning and tech was out this afternoon with a new one. Installed it and brought everything up to code. Very pleased and reasonable charges. Actually gave us two options and explained positive and negative of both. They increased the warranty from 7 to 10 years in-house. First time I can remember getting added warranty.
